A lot of times I just really wanted something by a certain author and I searched until I found someone with it on their webpage for free and then I just made the eBook from their formatted HTML. But I got every volume of Joseph Caryl's commentary on Job for $6 from him in scanned PDF format, and it's worth every penny.) (I didn't actually use any of the books he carries, because he charges for them, and I assume he did the hard work of scanning them himself.
